Refund policy

At Resync Group, we aim to make the return and exchange process as seamless as possible. Upon receiving your returned item, we will inspect its condition before proceeding with your return or exchange request. Please allow up to ten (10) business days from the receipt of the item to complete the process. You will receive an email notification once your return has been successfully processed.

Exceptions

If you have received a defective or damaged product, please reach out to us using the contact details provided below. We will assist you with arranging a refund or exchange based on your situation.

Important Notes:

• Restocking Fee: A 25% restocking fee will be applied to all returns.

• Conditions for Higher Restocking Fee: Resync Group reserves the right to charge a 50% restocking fee under the following circumstances:

  • Missing or Altered Components: If any parts of the package are missing or altered.

  • Defective/DOA (Dead on Arrival) Items: If you receive a non-functional or DOA item, we will send a replacement at no extra charge. However, if the item is found to be in working order, a 50% Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) fee will be charged.

  • Post-Warranty RMA Claims: RMA requests submitted after the warranty period has expired may not be eligible for all customers. However, certain exceptions may allow some customers to claim RMA within 30 to 45 days.

  • Damaged or Tampered Packaging: If the original packaging shows signs of damage or tampering.

Replacement Denial Criteria

Replacement requests may be denied under the following circumstances:

• Mismatch with RMA Form: If the returned item does not match the details listed in the RMA form.

• Physical Damage or Tampering: If the product has been physically damaged or tampered with.
